		<description>Thank you, just wanted to share my frustration in a letter of support. My Acer nightmare (combined with the Vista nightmare ) ended, I thought, about a year ago. Never seen so many crappy programs and never spent so much time uninstalling, reconfiguring and delting stuff. I got so tired with Vista that i finally installed XP and win 7 beta on the other harddrive (not an easy task). Happy days for many months until a  hardware failure crashed my computer. Got it fixed by the acer team who sent it back with XP and win, but it crashed again. Got it fixed, and now, dear god, they sent it back with Vista Home and Acer epower $%&amp;&quot;#$% technology, my old friend. So, here I am again, same procedure. I will think twice before buying another acer laptop.
